Instructions for Students of all Classes

Wear comfortable clothing that does not get in the way of doing asanas. Ideally, a T-shirt and track pants/shorts will work best.

There should be no strenuous activity right before the class.

There should be a gap of at least 3 - 4 hours between your last heavy meal and the class.

You can have a small cup of tea/coffee/milk no later than half an hour before the class but no heavy snack/breakfast.

It is recommended that the bowels be empty before the morning class.

If you have a fever, please do not attend the class. Rest and recover.

Please login to the class a few minutes before the start time so as to make any adjustments of the audio or video equipment. If possible, please try to be in a well lit room so that the teacher can see you clearly.

Do not drink water during the class.

It is helpful but not essential to have the following props handy during the class:

A yoga mat ​

A few blankets/bedsheets

A bolster/cotton pillows
